Bright Idea Projects 2806 cc was established in 2010 by its founder, Zukiswa Lobola. From the outset the company has operated as a proudly independent entity with a 100% BEE status and a Level 1 B-BBEE rating. Registered as a Closed Corporation, Bright Idea Projects has built a long and consistent track record across two provinces — the Western Cape and the Eastern Cape — specialising in cleaning and horticultural maintenance services.
Our approach has always combined skills, knowledge and hands-on experience to make sure clients receive a superior standard of service. We take pride in delivering comprehensive cleaning, hygiene and grounds-maintenance solutions at a competitive price, and in doing so have earned the trust of leading parastatal, government and utility clients throughout the region.

Bright Idea Projects is led by its Managing Director and founder, Ms Zukiswa Lobola.
Qualifications
She holds a National Diploma in Human Resource Management and a B.Com degree from UNISA, and brings more than 20 years of professional business and management experience to the company.
Professional Expertise
Over her career she has worked as a professional consultant across stakeholder management, research, public participation, Local Economic Development, workshop facilitation, co-operative governance, small-business development training and project management. Her depth of experience in training, development and stakeholder management underpins the company’s hands-on, people-focused approach to service delivery.
